
Macbeth showed his true colors in the second act. He came into the whole plot planning with such confidence and seemed like nothing could possibly interfere or go wrong. Macbeth managed to get one thing right, nothing did interfere but his feelings almost did. He showed that when proposed with such a large and inordinate decision, he is nervous and acts like a coward. Lady Macbeth even acted with more poise than Macbeth did which shows that in future uneasy situations Macbeth's morals and personal feelins could possibly get in the way.
